Your responsibilities

  • Reviewing commercial contracts based on guidance, playbooks;

  • Conducting independently live negotiation of commercial contracts with third parties;

  • Maintaining contract quality by following and executing organizational standards and guidance;

  • Preparation of the technical documentations;

  • Maintaining a good long-term relationship with the Client and third parties as well as internal stakeholders;

  • Monitoring the reviewing and negotiating process to ensure the compliance with both Factor’s and the Client’s standards;

  • Review and analyze inconsistencies in external Client’s documents and policies for future improvements;

Our requirements

  • Excellent fluency in English and German, both written and spoken is a must;

  • Perfect communication skills;

  • Ability to build strong relationship with the Client, third parties and internal stakeholders;

  • Strong customer orientation;

  • Basic understanding and interest in commercial contracting

Optional

  • 2 years + Experience working with International Clients or Colleagues

  • Experience of reviewing/drafting Commercial Agreements based on guidance and playbooks;

  • Have good time management skills and can work under time pressure;

  • A fluency in any other language will be an asset – though not required;

  • Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset;

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;

The role

We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist with German to join us in our Wrocław Centre of Excellence. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our international Client in commercial contracting and working with Factor colleagues in the UK, Poland and US.
