Your responsibilities
- communicating effectively with customers via chat (85%), emails (5%) and phone (10%)
- arranging video meetings per Client’s request
- managing customers portfolio according to an established sequence
- updating of the customer’s file in the CRM
- making appointments for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
- provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to Clients
Our requirements
- it’s good if you have experience in customer service role
- an unconditional love for sales and eager to learn soft selling techniques
- empathy towards your customers and outstanding communication skills
- fluency in German language - min. C1 level
- good communication skills in English (C1)
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
