Customer Care Specialist with Italian (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • answering customers’ inquiries about usage of Transporeon platform

  • being in touch with existing customers, provide them with service

  • providing technical support for the customers’ employees using Transporeon platform

  • working on administrative tasks as problem analyses, accounting issues

  • clarifying requirements with customers and adapt them to product standard

Our requirements

  • fluency in English, Polish and Italian

  • very good computer skills (MS Office Products, Internet)

  • organizational skills and initiative

  • fast technical comprehension

  • high level of organizational skills, proactivity and reliability
