Your responsibilities
learn a variety of practical skills, with a focus on customer support, i.e. solving user problems with our platform
be the contact person for our international users such as Shippers and Carriers from different industries concerning the use of our platform
capture and analyse errors and problems by telephone or ticket
support customers with their invoices or with updating of their company data
be responsible for internal documentations and translations
work in a professional but fun environment with friendly co-workers
Our requirements
are a registered student
have good skills in Microsoft Office Suite
have fluent English, Polish would be an asset
are in addition fluent in one of the following languages: German, French, Serbian, Croatian, Hungarian, Russian, Czech or Slovak
are high self-motivated, a team player and bring the ability to work independently
