Your responsibilities

  • Live and breathe the Miinto Customer Care mission and values

  • Create brilliant training material such as videos, slide show presentations, quizzes, workshops etc, for all Customer Care Team members

  • Execute fun and dynamic onboarding trainings of all new hires in Customer Care Team

  • Ensure all training material is updated as per Customer Care processes

  • Ensure all Customer Care Team members are kept updated on processes and process changes, at all times

  • Perform procedure and general quality trainings sessions for Customer Care agents, based on their performance

Our requirements

  • Experience in training Customer Care Specialists/Agents

  • Outstanding motivational skills and ability to spread your positive attitude amongst team members

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent English is a must (other languages are good to have)

  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Fun and dynamic personality

  • Good planning, organizing and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to multitask and to work within tight deadlines

  • Flexibility to sometimes work in the evenings and on weekends if needed
