We are supporting one of the local shared service centers to find someone who is open to contact with internal clients and demonstrates high skills in building relations with customers.

Client Details

Our Client is a global company - leader in its sector. For their Shared Service Center, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Customer Care with French to join the team.

Description

• Professional customer care support in all meanings
• Comprehensive handling of customer complaint submissions
• Ensuring accurate, valid and complete data input in all systems
• Regular review of process and continuous improvement of it
• Active participation in process of optimalization

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• Previous (1-2 years) experience in working with clients/customers, preferably from international environment
• Fluent English and French enabling free business communication (speaking and writing)
• Very strong communication and organization skills which will enable you to connect with people on all levels of the organisation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detailed oriented and open-minded - no fear towards challenges

 

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP / SalesForce will be an asset
