Our client is a global leader in a leader in safety technology that helps protect people and facility infrastructures around the world. For its constantly growing structures, we are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Customer Data Steward to manage the governance of customer data captured via multiple systems that integrate with key business platforms to provide consistent and reliable customer information.

Your responsibilities

Provide input for the creation of, and provide support for the maintenance, and enforcement of enterprise-wide policies and procedures that contribute to the organizations customer data quality management program
Monitor, track and report day-to-day customer data quality levels through customer data quality dashboards, tools, and alerts.
Define customer data quality target goals and execute customer data quality audits to measure adherence.
Ensure compliance with the latest data standards supported by the company, and brand, legal, information security (data security and privacy compliance).
Participate in requirements gathering for any technical implementations or enhancements to the data management systems
Manage customer data cleansing and data migration preparation for Salesforce implementation efforts: work with Salesforce implementation teams to develop and execute on customer master data migration plans and oversee local resources in execution of the data cleansing and data migration activities
Integrate data analysis and model into systems which support marketing and sales management decision making
Work with appropriate data owners within the business to create and maintain accurate "source of truth" records for customer master data domains (e.g., Channel Partner, End User, Prospect)

Employer requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, IT systems or related discipline - nice to have.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems data governance/management or data science (SAP ECC ERP and Salesforce)
Min. 2 years of reporting experience, Business Intelligence experience, data analytics experience
Experience with business reporting, statistical, analytical, and data visualization tools.
Very good command of English
Nice to have:
1 - 3 years of Data Warehousing Experience
1 -3 years of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Experience
