    Customer Delivery Manager
    Location: Warszawa, Łódź, Bydgoszcz

    Job Description: 


    The Customer Delivery Manager is a role located close to the customer that oversees the delivery of services or service technology to a group of Mobica customers. The CDM:

    • leads the Team of Project, Program and Portfolio Managers,
    • builds, maintains and strengthens long term delivery relationship with customers assigned,
    • monitors and evaluates employees performance,
    • establishes policies designed to ensure steady high service performance,
    • proactively identifies improvement areas and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

    The CDM leads both customers and people work on their projects to success by proactive support of any required areas and suggest appropriate directions in business and people management.

    Experience required: 


    To be successful, the Customer Delivery Manager will have a minimum of:

    • 4 year hands on customer relationship experience managing customer account
    • Proven track record of revenue conversion at level of 2-5 millions GBP
    • Experience of managing a delivery team of 50-200 engineers from multiple geographies
    • Proven track record of building customer relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage people to be proactive and learn customer facing skills
    • Very strong technical knowledge (technical background preferred)
    • People management skills
    • Business oriented attitude
    • Be open minded, happy to help by showing right directions
    • Very good soft skills
    • Basic financial acumen to understand and drive necessary improvements in account/project profitability
