Your responsibilities
Support the Customer Engagement team in developing and implementing new solutions and new products
Updating the team's database
Assigning tickets in Zendesk system to the relevant office / team member
Making sure that the workload is properly allocated to the relevant team members
Ensuring that no tasks are lost while transferring them to other office
Our requirements
A degree in a Business or Management related discipline is preferred
Previous experience in Customer Experience / Support is an advantage
Business proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus
An excellent level of computer literacy, especially using MS Excel, Word
Customer and quality-oriented attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization skills and ability to work to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills, in order to collaborate smoothly with a global team
