The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.

Who & What are we looking for?

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry experience
  • Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst or Consultant position
  • Solid knowledge and direct experience in leading transformative changes in digital customer sales and service, customer experience design
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales tool user experience (Adobe, Salesforce…)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (incl. process mapping, process documentation, data analysis, presentation for senior stakeholders)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Very good level of the other foreign EU language e.g. German will be strong asset French, Italian
 

What will you do?

  • We are looking for passionate and self-driven individuals who will help define service strategies, design and implement contact center or CRM solutions and help optimize our client’s service operations. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking and commitment to quality.
 
 

Working Conditions:

  • Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
  • Headquarter: Warsaw or Cracow or Wrocław Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation
