Customer Experience Analyst with Greek (native speaker)

Responsibilities:

Analyzing data for identification issues and problems of products
Everyday work with big volume data in Greek (European customer opinions and comments)
Challenging translation tasks from English into Greek and proofreading work in the marketing area
Cooperation with international teams

Requirements:

Native speaker of Greek
Proficiency in English
Experience of B2C mobile/online services specialized in the Digital Content, media industry or mobile advertising is preferred
Bachelor’s degree holder; master’s degree holders are preferred
Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful and easy to communicate key messages & insights
