About You: 

  • knowledge and minimum 2-years experience as a Manager at the ​​marketing department/team (preferably marketing for large companies or shopping centers),
  • ability to plan marketing campaigns,
  • work with ​​social media - online campaign planning, analysis of the results of these campaigns, following-up the social media trends),
  • know what is and how to care about Customer Experience - welcome knowledge and experience in this area, planning and building action at marketing strategies based on customer experience,
  • can work together with different business partners, eg. internal business partners, PR agencies, marketing agencies, event agencies,
  • the ability to create and co-create information and advertising materials based on cooperation with stakeholders,
  • high level working skills of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point - minimum intermediate level),
  • able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written).

Your responsibilities: 

  • create and manage customised marketing campaigns together with internal/external Business Partners, Communities and IKEA and follow them up,
  • deliver day-to-day Customer Experience online activities, using expertise and knowledge of standards on local and different market,
  • actively work on customer experience improvement by increasing IKEA presence in the Meeting Place and developing common commercial calendar together with IKEA,
  • cooperate with internal and external Business Partners in order to identify and implement innovation projects or initiatives in the Meeting Place,
  • collect and use customer experience surveys in order to engage, explain and talk to our customers using online tools and media,
  • preparing presentations, translation of texts into social media, preparation of internal materials,
  • collect and share the best practices & knowledge from the market with other Meeting Places to develop the business,
  • act as the ambassador of IKEA brand and values, being aware of how it is perceived in the local market and use this insight in marketing and engagement plans,
  • daily cooperation with Meeting Place Manager and internal business partners with organization and similar roles at IKEA Lublin store.

At this role you will report to Meeting Place Manager.
