Your responsibilities

  • Promote IR Standard CX Process across the Organization

  • Build and Maintain NPS+ Automated Measurement System Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain standard NPS+ surveys (and translations) in SurveyMonkey

  • Build and maintain NPS+ programs and email campaigns in Eloqua (including closed loop feedback process)

  • Maintain accurate documentation for NPS+ Measurement System

  • Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly CX metrics (surveys sent, surveys returned, NPS score)

  • Expand NPS+ datasets

  • Work with BU teams to define additional customer touchpoints to measure

  • Define, build, and test new data connections

  • Support Sustainability Index Listing Process

  • Generate gap and improvement plan for CX components of DJSI, CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics

  • Review and provide annual updates to CX component of Sustainability Report

  • Provide annual metrics/updates for all sustainability listing processes

Our requirements

  • 3+ years experience working on customer experience improvement projects

  • 2+ years experience project management

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly pick up and use new software

  • Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Experience leveraging software to automate work processes – nice to have

  • Experience building dashboards – nice to have
