Lead cross-company “Customer Journey” Program for all business lines (products and solutions).
Identify personas and touchpoints.
Evaluating customer needs and pains.
Analyzing and collecting data from prospect to client in all touchpoints (incl. setting up tool for data collection in digital channels).
Drive continuous improvement in cooperation with sales and marketing teams to satisfy client. and ensure we do things better and smarter.
Support the digitization agenda by proposing new e-features.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
Like spotting ways to optimize existing processes.
Experience in the CEM programs in companies where clients are large international corporations.
Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level in speech and writing.
Professional PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Understand and experience in different research methods and ready to use it.
Experienced in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and WordPress.
Proactive person with continuous improvement mindset and excellent coaching abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-reliance and proactivity in action.
The ability to think analytically and logically.
Ability to manage time and priorities.
