Your responsibilities

  • Lead cross-company “Customer Journey” Program for all business lines (products and solutions).

  • Identify personas and touchpoints.

  • Evaluating customer needs and pains.

  • Analyzing and collecting data from prospect to client in all touchpoints (incl. setting up tool for data collection in digital channels).

  • Drive continuous improvement in cooperation with sales and marketing teams to satisfy client. and ensure we do things better and smarter.

  • Support the digitization agenda by proposing new e-features.

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.

  • Like spotting ways to optimize existing processes.

  • Experience in the CEM programs in companies where clients are large international corporations.

  • Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level in speech and writing.

  • Professional PC skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Understand and experience in different research methods and ready to use it.

  • Experienced in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and WordPress.

  • Proactive person with continuous improvement mindset and excellent coaching abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Self-reliance and proactivity in action.

  • The ability to think analytically and logically.

  • Ability to manage time and priorities.

Optional

  • Knowledge: Hubspot, StreamYard, SharePoint, Digital tools for surveys.
