    Customer Experience Pricing Support
    Miejsce pracy: Kraków

    Position overview You shall be working within multilingual & multinational team in Krakow and supporting both internal and external Clients across EMEA region ensuring pricing process is cohesive and effective.

    Your key requirements in this role:

    • Ensuring there is smooth communication and collaboration between variety of external and internal Clients 
    • Supporting providing the optimal customer experience action as a liaison between Teams and Functions 
    • Managing & publishing price lists, controlling sample accounts, Purchase Order Creation and Vendor Management 
    • Ensuring & applying a consistency regarding pricing, promotional and rebating processes and procedures across the EMEA

    Qualifications/ Experience:

    • Proven track of customer facing experience in Sales Administrator / Sales operations / Accounts receivable / Customer service 
    • Demonstrable experience connected with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Team collaboration, delivering great Customer Service 
    • Ability to work with data –solid Excel skills

    Language requirement: 

    • English and German (C1 level according to CEFR)
