Your responsibilities

  • Communicate on a regular basis with cross functional teams like local Business Units, Logistics & Distribution, Accounts Receivable, Planning, Category Managers, Marketing Managers, IT Teams, EDI team and Master Data,

  • Maintain and develop relationships with relevant internal functions within and outside of OTC and Supply Chain,

  • Provide dedicated order management and supply chain or logistics expertise,

  • Identify and solve systemic and complex order fulfilment and supply chain related issues,

  • Identify opportunities to improve own, team, and department efficiency, evaluating risks or opportunities,

  • Initiate and lead LEAN and Cost Transformation activities to maximize profits and align or standardize processes,

  • Understand KPI requirements in order to support operational Teams to achieve and exceed desired results,

  • Create and deliver defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes,

  • Active participation in process related training of new team members,

  • Ensure that processes are documented, updated regularly, and shared within the Teams,

  • Develop action plans to resolve operations issues and coordinate their implementation,

  • Support ITS as required to test business integration for system upgrades,

  • Maintain order data within our SAP R/3 System.

Our requirements

  • Experienced in OTD/OtC/Supply Chain or similar positions,

  • Strong communicator (written & verbal) with experience of influencing Peers and Stakeholders,

  • Team player with ability to train others,

  • Able to use own initiative-proactive and can-do attitude,

  • Able to work with multiple deadlines or tasks, capable to separate urgent and important,

  • Excellent problem solver with CI or Project Management background,

  • Systems (SAP) user with knowledge and experience,

  • MS Office tools expert,

  • Fluent English (C1 both written and spoken),

  • French or Spanish would become additional assets.

Job Description

Are you an expert in building and maintaining relations with internal and external Clients? Do you enjoy searching for information, digging into the problem and helping others. Do you have experience within Supply Chain, Order to Delivery area and work in the SAP system?

If the answer is yes, then we are searching for you to join and help us grow!

As a Process and Capability SME you will become a main point of contact to support efforts to drive cost efficiency initiatives and process improvements.

You will take responsibility of providing day-to-day business support in the area of order management, you will have a chance to work with various Clients and Stakeholders across many markets. You will support all the strategic projects to ensure Kimberly Clark Professional Business can execute with excellence.
