Customer Experience - Service Designer

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Design customer experiences and services across digital and offline channels
  • Develop a service blueprint as the guiding principle to implement services that can be offered efficiently across countries
  • Map customer journeys to enable the team to understand complex interactions and decision processes
  • Build prototypes that illustrate the inner logic of the new business model offer and use them to get actionable feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Plan and conduct customer research activities
  • Contribute to strategic decisions within the venture team and with other technical and marketing teams
  • Serve as an evangelist for good design within our organization as well as in the broader design community

Who You are:

  • Higher education (preferably design, human-computer-interaction, marketing, IT or similar)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position (e.g., UX, service design, customer experience)
  • Proven knowledge of designing successful customer experiences
  • Proven experience with product design tools (e.g., customer journey mapping) and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Axure)
  • Fluent written & verbal english, good command of Polish language
  • Creative mindset, out of the box thinking
