    Customer Happiness Owner with French
    Location: Warszawa

    As a Customer Happiness Owner you will:

    • deliver risk free, customer delighting service operations in omnichannel environment
    • meet quality and quantity expectations
    • report timely and accurately on an individual level
    • understand and use customer happiness driving techniques on daily basis
    • provide high quality service
    • actively preempt potential customer dissatisfaction
    • get involved in a process of implementing tools to gain customers delight and happiness

    You’re the right person for this position if:

    • you are fluent in French and English (Polish is a plus)
    • you provide honest and open communication
    • you are open-minded and able to adjust to agile environment
    • you have a “can do” attitude
    • you are culturally aware
    • you had customer facing role (part or full time) for at least 12 months
    • you worked in customer service teams, account management or direct sales
