Customer Happiness Specialist with French

As a Customer Happiness Specialist you will:

  • Deliver risk free, customer delighting service operations in omni-channel environment
  • Meet quality and quantity expectations
  • Report timely and accurately on an individual level
  • Understand and use customer happiness driving techniques on daily basis
  • Provide high quality service
  • Actively preempt potential customer dissatisfaction
  • Get involved in a process of implementing tools to gain customers delight and happiness

You’re the right person for this position if:

  • You are proficient in spoken and written French and English
  • You provide honest and open communication
  • You are open-minded and able to adjust to agile environment
  • You have a “can do” attitude
  • You are culturally aware
  • You have experience in a customer facing role
