Your responsibilities

  • The prime function of this role is to support both the key account manager and the customer in daily business, data analyses and administration
  • This role will include customer facing activities and timely fulfilment of responsibilities to a high level of accuracy in German language and also in English language
  • Service Management including customer-facing activities regarding operational topics
  • Budget management, including planning & allocation of budget and creation/adaption of WBS elements (in SAP)
  • Any kind of data analysis and reporting for KAM team and customers (e.g. analysis to support forecast process)
  • Provide customer w/ feature information (e.g. pictures, display splits)
  • Creation & archiving of contracts, contract validation checks (e.g. re. compliance and master data)
  • Organize customer trade fairs presence (e.g. planning, logistics, etc.)
  • Prepare, adapt training materials to new requirements & conduct trainings
  • Take care of operational setup of new customers
  • Planogram activities

Our requirements

  • Fluency in German (minimum on B2 level) and English
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to find actionable, results-oriented solutions (desired: Nielsen Answers Knowledge)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP applications
  • Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks at the fast-paced, dynamic environment
