Your responsibilities

  • Support Cluster Commercial function with standard reporting against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests

  • Partner with Cluster Commercial Leadership and Benelux BU Commercial team to revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful and user-friendly to best support decision-making

  • Analyze point of sales (POS) data and market/competitive information wherever available and analyze sales trends and patterns to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities

  • Present insights and recommendations to Cluster Sales Leadership and Benelux Commercial teams on a regular basis and in a clear, concise and professional manner

  • Support Commercial Analytics functional excellence, helping to evaluate new technologies to improve capability of GBS service offering and support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub

  • Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders within the Cluster Commercial function and relevant Benelux BU Commerical teams, embedding GBS Commercial Analytics services within the organisation

Our requirements

  • Fluent Dutch and English is a must

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG or Retail industry

  • Demonstrated experience with MS Excel

  • Builds robust and successful working relationships

Job Overview

As part of the Sales Admin and Customer Support Team, your role will be to support the Cluster and Benelux Commercial Sales team with general sales and promotional administration, reporting and execution support. Key duties for this role include supporting the efforts of the Marketing Equipment Management department, field sales communication and tasks coordination at national and regional levels as well as supporting field sales training programs.
