onboard and train new customers in using the GetResponse MAX solution
provide best practices to ensure our customers are achieving their initial business goals
encourage the adoption of new features
work with other team members to ensure the account is properly set up and integrated
engage with customers via telephone, email and videoconferencing to collect customer insights
help with identifying upsell opportunities
impeccable customer skills, a strong sense of empathy and integrity
1+ years of relevant experience in customer success, customer support or customer onboarding
excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
knowledge of the online marketing industry
native Polish skills and an excellent command of English (C1)
additional language such as German, French or Spanish
expertise in B2B SaaS Implementation and Onboarding practices is a plus
