Your responsibilities

  • onboard and train new customers in using the GetResponse MAX solution

  • provide best practices to ensure our customers are achieving their initial business goals

  • encourage the adoption of new features

  • work with other team members to ensure the account is properly set up and integrated

  • engage with customers via telephone, email and videoconferencing to collect customer insights

  • help with identifying upsell opportunities

Our requirements

  • impeccable customer skills, a strong sense of empathy and integrity

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer success, customer support or customer onboarding

  • excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

  • ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • knowledge of the online marketing industry

  • native Polish skills and an excellent command of English (C1)

  • additional language such as German, French or Spanish


  • expertise in B2B SaaS Implementation and Onboarding practices is a plus
