Implement project structure and process to enable the delivery team to achieve on time, within budget, high-quality business outcomes for Company Customers.
Ensure scope and Change Management are in place for the project duration.
Ensure key stakeholder status reporting.
Risk, issue, communications management.
Mentor junior Project Management team members.
English&Italian is must, any European language expertise is will be a added advantage.
Infrastructure Project Management experience in the deployment of leading edge. technologies/Handling Network Migrations in a highly complex commercial environment
Manage Large and Complex projects in an account or a group of accounts.
Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.
Manage the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project Issues.
Experience in Project Budget, Margins and completion with Accountability. SOW Awareness.
Risk , Issues and Escalations Management.
Experience in handling global stakeholders at Sr mgr/dir level.
Stakeholder Management Skills.
Perform tasks such as resource assignment, repository access & maintenance, report generation and tracking.
Lead Agile delivery projects using Scrum.
Manage projects to deliver customer business outcomes for transactional and subscription projects.
Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects on-time, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer satisfaction.
Responsible for project metric tracking, and managing project financials and profitability.
Lead the execution of contract Change Management process.
Manage Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged on program.
Build Company project community by sharing lessons learned, best practices and participating in them.
In-depth knowledge on data center operations, processes and continuous processes
Experience in data center Safety and Security measures
Data mining/analysis skill
ITIL Foundation, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma and/or Risk related certifications
Data Center related certification - CDCP/S/E, CDCMP/TP
Linux certification and/or administration experience - RHCSA/RHCE, LPIC, Linux
What we offer
Contract duration: 6 Months to start and extendable
Expected start dates: Immediate Joinee
Possibility of remote job: Yes till current pandemic situation returns to normal and Return to office
Work timing: Normal Polish Working hours, however to be ready to support extending working hours on need basis
