    To our European Business Process Outsourcing team, we are looking for candidates to the position of:
    Customer Relations Manager – Northern Europe
    location: Toruń, Poland
    (Ref: CRM)

    Scope of responsibility:

    As a CRM you will be responsible for regular contacts and communication, service delivery, changes and amendments for existing customers as well as for administration and new sales to existing Exela customers in the Northern Europe region.

    Work tasks:

    • To proactively improve our deliveries with the purpose of providing better quality, security and efficiency to our customers.
    • To assist the customers with competence, in cooperation with our departments for Production, Customer Support and IT development.
    • To pursue the customers’ needs internally in order to offer the best possible solutions – both for the customers and for Exela.
    • To handle orders for new services and solutions from the customers.
    • To ensure correct invoicing according to the contracts, as well as financial follow-up.
    • To ensure that our services are delivered in accordance with our contracts.

    Expected competences and experience:

    • Customer communication skills and experience.
    • Minimum 3 year experience within BPO / BPA sector.
    • Project management knowledge (and experience as additional asset).
    • Excellent knowledge of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
    • Academic training from university or equivalent would be an asset.

    Personal qualities:

    • Understand the customer’s needs and transform that into a service which can be agreed, implemented and performed within our BPO production.
    • Professional, ethic and confident behaviour towards customers.
    • Reliable and taking care in creating and managing good relations, show good judgement and communicate in a clear manner.
    • High organizational skills and high initiative level.
