We are looking for candidates interested in senior positions related to Customer Relationship Management in online sales to build the Category Management teams of FMCG, Fashion, Electronic or Lifestyle. The company is in its initial stage of development in Poland, hence it's important to temporarily work full time from office (centre of Warsaw).

This fast-developing company offers exciting opportunity to co-create the teams, take part in process improvements and be involved in knowledge sharing.

Description

• Provide excellent seller support,
• Develop and maintain a close relationship with Sellers,
• Strategize, develop & deliver strong pitch to Sellers and propose solutions across the online sales cycle,
• Analyse Sellers' progress, activities, sales performances and growth projection,
• Identify market gaps and managing pricing strategy and product assortment,
• Support in various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media; analyse its effectiveness,
• Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising).

Profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferred (but not limited to) Business, Commerce, Marketing;
• Around 2-5 years of experience in online sales/KAM/e-commerce;
• Strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations (proficiency in Excel Pivot Table and Vlookup is a plus);
• Effective presentation skills;
• Enjoying challenges and fast-developing enterprise;
• Very good English level (at least B1/B2);
• Readiness to work form office full-time (due to the beginnings of the company).
