Your responsibilities
Helping and responding to US Merchant requests through incoming phone calls and live chat.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Report some issues to technical support.
Updating of data in computer systems.
Our requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish (advanced level B2+ or higher).
Willingness to work 24/7 with flexible weekdays and weekdays (shifts usually after 2 p.m. and nights).
Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude.
The ability to adapt and the ability to deal with new and difficult situations in real-time.
Ability to work with an international team and adapt to different cultural standards.
Interest in e-commerce.
Nice to have: work experience in customer service, technical support, e-commerce, or any application-based company.
