Your responsibilities

  • Entering customer orders into the system and keeping them up to date

  • Preparing reports for open customer orders

  • Being responsible for expediting deliveries

  • Monitoring suspended orders

  • Handling customer inquiries and the ordering process

  • Being responsible for the complaint process

  • Providing administrative support for in-house sales, field sales

  • and company branches

  • Preparing spreadsheets relating to sales and orders

  • Preparing sales reports and sales materials

Our requirements

  • A way of working that is oriented towards finding solutions and assisting the customer

  • Self-prioritizing tasks, solid organizational skills

  • Fluency in the use of German

  • Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, as well as experience with CRM systems


  • Good command of English in everyday communication during meetings in addition to written communication will be an asset
