Your responsibilities

  • Give exceptional customer service by truly listening to the customer and resolving their queries

  • Have the ability to truly listen to the needs of our customers and communicate the best course of action to move forward

  • Treat every customer like your first customer

  • Navigate through various computer systems to look into customer queries, speaking to other teams if required

  • Communicate confidently and be passionate about helping our customers and your colleagues

  • Handle all work types received, taking appropriate actions using the systems available

  • Use department information, and all resources available in order to provide accurate and up to date information to customers, retails stores and other 3rd parties

Our requirements

  • Fluent English and Hebrew verbal and written skills

  • Preferably university degree in Linguistics (if you are not a native Hebrew speaker)

  • Positive, hardworking and highly self-motivated

  • You’ll be a natural problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box

  • Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure

  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills

  • We work in shifts between Monday and Sunday to provide excellent service to our Hebrew speaking clients

  • Shifts between 7:00 and 21:00 that you can adjust based on your preference with Shift Manager.

  • Possibility to schedule shifts based on your preference to work ex:

  • in the evening

  • on the weekends

  • split day in two smaller shifts

  • We have an office, but we also offer remote work. Our preference is to step into the office once a week, but for people that live far away it is roughly 1-2 a month on average

  • For the first three to six weeks we have an on-site on-boarding and training in our Poznan office. Don’t worry - accommodation and transport is refunded for remote workers.

  • It would be great, if you have experience in responding to customer queries on inbound/outbound calls chat or email or if you are willing to learn if you do not have any experience in working day to day with a client
