Your responsibilities
Our Customer Service Advisor is responsible for users support with queries regarding the use of Lufthansa application based on a very popular SAP SRM module (IT / procurement area)
The role requires answering inquiries in respective ticketing tool and sometimes by phone, answering users’ questions, fulfilling service requests, maintaining process database and documentation and transferring issues to the respective department
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Being a competent support regarding application and orders questions
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Communicating and building a good relationship with our customers
Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
Coordinating with colleagues from other departments as necessary
Providing a training for new colleagues
Employer requirements
Your German is at min. B2 Level
Your English is at B2 level
