Your responsibilities
Answering Inbound customer calls
Dealing with any customer complaints or issues
Using SAP system on a daily basis
Processing orders by phone, fax, e-mail and letter
Maintain customer data
Contact customers about delivery date changes
Track orders for customers
Issue credit and debit notes as directed
Raise free of charge orders where directed
Filing and general office duties
All other duties deemed relevant to the role
Promote all our services in particular our website functionalities
Resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with best practice Professional in nature
Excellent telephone, communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and customer focused, understanding the needs of providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Demonstrate commercial acumen by identifying and acting upon buying signals to maximize and capture all sales opportunities
Knowledge of languages: Hungarian – is a must
very good English (written and spoken)
Heightened level of Web awareness
Willingness and ability to learn RS procedures and processes

Computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
