Telephone or written customer support
Tariff consultation, tariff offer preparation and tariff changes including queries and complaints
Processing the activation and deactivation of SIM cards
Changes to contract data and advice on contract extension options
German at the C1 level or higher
High level of personal culture and customer orientation
Previous experience in customer service is a bonus
English at the A2 level
