Customer Service Agent with German – technical support

Location: Gdańsk

Main tasks include:

  • Supporting and resolving technical issues in German, also providing feedback to clients regarding various processe
  • Filtering data to identify data patterns, also identifying problems
  • Handling customers’ complaints, assisting them and answering daily inquiries
  • Cooperating with team members and other departments to find best solutions to be provided

We expect:

  • Proven experience on a similar role (Customer Service / Service Desk / Help Desk) would be a strong asset
  • Fluent German (both written and spoken) – min. B2/C1 level
  • Good English – min. B1 level
  • Open-minded attitude and proactive approachStrong communication and organizational skills, focus on details
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
