Manage customer orders and communication (cooperation with leading distributors representing global food manufacturers and quick-service restaurants)
Handle telephone enquiries in a friendly/comforting and professional/authoritative manner, in line with quality standards and within time targets
Building strong and long-lasting relationship with both internal and external customers
Perform back-up duties for other team members' accounts
Identify opportunities to improve the process for customers and act effectively in taking them forward as appropriate
Export arrangements coordination

Fluent in English
Experience in customer service or supply chain will be an asset
MS Excel and SAP experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
