Your responsibilities

  • Receiving calls, emails and other customer requests.

  • FSE’s assignment to service orders per skills level, training history, location, combination of open customer orders per city and/or region.

  • Communication with customers and end users for service planning.

  • Control over PM obligations fulfilment

  • Spare parts and tools dispatch coordinated with dispatch of Field Service Engineers to customer sites.

  • Providing all necessary documents for the business trips of field staff, including FSE’s, subcontractors, application specialists.

  • Internal and external audits participation in the area of CS order processing. Monthly KPI’s analysis, exploring route causes and taking primary correction steps together with manager.

  • To execute other tasks assigned by Line Manager required by business needs.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Fluent English and Russian

  • Professional experience in fields related to in customer service or supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset

  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage

  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

  • Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required

  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details

  • Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries
