Your responsibilities

  • Customer Service Support Section Specialist provides a high quality and timely day-to-day back office service. The Specialist is fulfilling the process requirements agreed by a business according to The Standard Lever Agreement, as well as perform allocated tasks within agreed Key Performance Indicators. In this role Specialist is accountable for a certain tasks portfolio to take ownership, drive accountability, demonstrate and communicate improvements for the process journey. All Specialist’s actions are performed in a timely manner and in compliance with Company guidelines and policies.

  • Respond to stakeholder’s queries via generic email within agreed KPI’s in CSD SLA and KPI document

  • If clarification needed organize meetings with stakeholders to fulfill request

  • Keep the archive of listed documents in shared location mentioned in CSD SLA and KPI document for audit purposes

  • Immediately report non-compliant issues

  • Identifying gaps and opportunities along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible

  • Liaising with internal and external teams to find the best solutions to deliver the best service

  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved

  • Maintaining a polite, respectful, and professional manner in communication

  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced

Our requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) any additional language is a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment focused on improvement

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks

  • Good communication skills

  • Familiar with SAP and Power BI would be an advantage
