Do you have knowledge about e-commerce and online shopping? FerBuy is currently looking for a customer service and back office support employee. Your work will consist of handling inbound calls (consumers) and outbound calls (merchants). You will be the key person to solve issues between our customer service and our English speaking back office teams.
