Your responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service including telephone and mail etiquette

  • Providing first line support for client-related problems and trying to fix the problems or answer the questions as efficient and sufficient as possible

  • Solving problems related to payments

  • Responding to emergency situations and taking appropriate actions

Our requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines

  • Reliability and team player mentality

  • Willingness to work on daily shift

  • Working proficiency in English (C1)

  • Working proficiency in French (C1)

  • Working proficiency in Polish (C1)


  • Experience in customer service

  • Knowledge of Travel sector or reservation systems will be a strong asset
