Your responsibilities
Delivering excellent customer service including telephone and mail etiquette
Providing first line support for client-related problems and trying to fix the problems or answer the questions as efficient and sufficient as possible
Solving problems related to payments
Responding to emergency situations and taking appropriate actions
Our requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines
Reliability and team player mentality
Willingness to work on daily shift
Working proficiency in English (C1)
Working proficiency in French (C1)
Working proficiency in Polish (C1)

Knowledge of Travel sector or reservation systems will be a strong asset
