We are currently looking for a
CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Place of work: Kleszczów (pow. bełchatowski)
Filling Plant

Main duties:

  • Define or validate Team objectives, KPI’s and targets
  • Support Customer Service team in day-to-day topics in accordance with Service Level Agreement
  • Manage and control all processes and flows of goods and information related to specific Customers, including production and materials requirements planning, customer care, replenishment, warehousing and distribution (in an end-to-end perspective)
  • Monitor reports & surveys from Customers and take actions as required
  • Optimization of inventory stock level in a daily basis
  • Performance monitoring, based on Customer focused end-to-end process indicators and Customer Service Levels on a daily basis;
  • Leading and motivating a team in order to secure required contracted customer service level

Main requirements:

  • Academic degree (preferred area of logistics, management, economics)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in role of customer service
  • Experience in team management, high leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Working well under pressure, ability to perform complex tasks under changing conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Advanced IT literacy (MS Office, SAP)
  • Organizational skills
  • Goal oriented
  • Negotiation and analytical skills
