Customer Service Coordinator

Your first responsibilities:

  • Gaining knowledge & experience in sales as a Hilti Center representative
  • Gaining knowledge & experience in sales as a Hilti Customer Service representative
  • Process all calls (inbound and outbound) from customers and field based personnel in an efficient and professional manner
  • Achieve sales objectives by building orders and range selling by utilising a consultative or suggestive selling approach to solve customer problems and requirements
  • Act as a central point of contact for customers by interfacing with associated departments

Your future responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Team Management
  • New initiatives implementation
  • Reporting to Customer Service Director
  • Provide quality services to customers and sales team
  • Processing orders & quotations and following up the order status with customers

Your profile
  • Experience in Team Management
  • Diploma  in the field of engineering, business or economics
  • High proficiency in English
  • You like to come up with new ideas and you are self-confident; you want to realize your potential with an international company
  • You are effective communicator at all levels with problem solving ability for internal and external customers
  • You are able to work with others, give and receive constructive feedback whilst creating a good working environment
  • You are  team player with strong customer orientation
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Self-motivated, highly energetic, outgoing character and willing to explore self –potential in different area
