Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily sales tracking and reporting to the Regional and Commercial team;
  • Preparing of weekly analysis of Canner schedules, actual sales and Commercial forecast;
  • Responsible for coordinating the internal review with Customer Service and distribution of month 1 to month 3 Canner schedules to the Regional Supply Chain and Commercial team, for the monthly demand review;
  • Coordinating the forecasting of month end actual sales;
  • Compiling of month end Canner Schedule stability reports;
  • Compiling of month end variance reports between Canner schedules actual sales and Commercial forecast;
  • Responsible for escalating and the tracking of variances in demand to the Customer Services team;
  • This role is responsible for providing Canner Data for the forecast from month 4 and providing any input into the final forecast;
  • Collaboration with site’s Customer Service team as well as the Commercial teams to ensure feedback is given and reported where demand variances occur;
  • To collaborate with functions at a Regional level to provide input into reporting and analysis;
  • Responsible for providing on time analysis to support the Commercial teams to provide
  • Responsible for providing on time analysis to support the Commercial teams to accurate month 1 to month 3 forecasts;
  • Responsible for the escalation of Canner demand that exceeds that agreed limits as per the escalation procedure.

Our requirements

  • University degree in Economy of Business Finance;
  • Previous working experience of dealing with customers in manufacturing environment;
  • Supply Chain/Commercial Qualification of alternative experience;
  • Ability to communicate and convey key messages by phone, email and face to face;
  • Demonstrates the ability to think both analytically and creatively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work to deadlines under pressure;
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP;
  • Excellent skills in the preparation and presentation of reports;
  • Fluent in verbal Polish and English.
