Your responsibilities

  • Comprehensive B2B customer service as part of the implementation of sales orders, completing the documentation necessary for the sales process and delivery,

  • Organizing and managing processes supporting of orders execution,

  • Ongoing control of the implementation of commercial orders,

  • Support the sales team in sales and after-sales service,

  • Overall responsibility for the development, performance and maintenance of the customer service activities of the organization,

  • Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans,

  • Use CRM system to manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analysing, resolving and documenting customer’s issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirements,

  • Recruiting, mentoring and developing customer service specialists team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

Our requirements

  • Experience in customer service department with B2B Clients-at least 4 years,

  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques,

  • Strong experience in team management- at least 4 years, excellent managerial skills

  • Proficiency in English- minimum B2+ level,

  • Fluency in other EU languages would be an advantage,

  • Experience in leading an international/dispersed team- at least 3 years,

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Customer orientation,

  • Bachelor or Master degree,

  • Experience in a dynamic, fast growing company is a plus,

  • Experience in renewable / PV company- nice to have.
