The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Call Centre Performance Coordinator

Location: Warszawa
CS/WAW

Main responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with European subsidiaries  and Head Quarter within Customer Service area (after sales service)
  • Monitoring of quality and punctuality of department performance
  • Providing daily support for Customer Service managers in European subsidiaries
  • Complex systems and tools development management
  • Trends monitoring, knowledge base updating and conducting improvement in Customer Service area
  • Support in department budget management
  • Preparing various reports and analysis
 

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service/ Customer Interaction Center / Call Centre
  • Fluent English (preferably C1 level)
  • Knowledge about Customer Service operations management, market research, customer needs and improvements in customers contact channels
  • Experience in results analysis and reporting  
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
