Job role:

Due to continued growth, and a desire to progress the E-Commerce team, a role has arisen for a Customer Service Junior Specialist. We are seeking a candidate who is looking for a career opportunity to offer a great customer experience all the time whilst working with a fabulous team of like minded individuals.

 

Job description:

  • To provide a warm and professional welcome to all our customers
  • Deal effectively and efficiently via telephone, internet or mail
  • To take orders and process them accurately
  • To build good rapport with customers
  • To respond positively to training and upselling wherever necessary
  • To maintain high professional standards at all times
  • To deal appropriately with customer concerns and queries
  • To maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and brand awareness
  • To remain calm, polite and self-controlled

Requirements:

  • Have good command of Polish and English language, additional Czech language is preferred
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Experience in a customer facing administration/retail role – is preferred
  • Contact Centre experience is not required
  • Administration, Customer Service or Retail experience along with can-do attitude and positive friendly nature would be well suited for this position
