Customer Service Master Data Analyst ‎Numer ref.: 132998
Position Summary
As a Master Data Specialist you contribute to the team’s achievement of the objectives set for Customer Supply Chain.  Actively demonstrate our corporate vision of outstanding customer service to all stakeholders through effective Master Data management. You will be responsible to execute the master data creation, data correction and all task related to support and maintain SAP data.


Accountabilities
  • Ensure Master data and systems (i.e. SAP, EDI), are set up first time right to enable our vision of delivering outstanding customer service to external and internal customers, by enabling Order to Bill and Bill to Cash process to work smoothly end to end.
  • Accurate and timely management of Product, Customer and Pricing Master Data, setting up of hierarchies etc.This includes creation of new MD, defining products for relevant Sales Orgs and checking completeness as well as review of changes/ SKU switches and blocking /delists as required.
  • Work closely with CAAs to ensure updates to customer own codes are done accurately and on time (run regular checks as agreed with CSC Manager.
  • Be data, systems and reporting ‘super user’ within the team who understands data structures and functionality and works with wider European user and IT community on enhancing these.
  • Act as a CSC Systems Lead that maintains procedures, identifies and shares best practice and supports CSC Manager and team members with adoption of those best practices, process changes but also ad hoc queries.
  • Always drive consistency and best practice solutions within the CSC team.
  • Support CSC Manager by identifying and leading activities for business or system improvement opportunities, with focus on Cost to Serve activities and / or CIP.
  • Analysis and reporting 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP, and supporting processes, making sure that the CSC Department are trained to high standards in their effective day-to-day usage.
  • Be fully confident with the day-to-day work of the Department and able to support systems related projects (including systems testing) and wider initiatives, etc.
  • Other activities required as part of the operational work of the CSC Department from time to time like ad hoc analysis or  support for projects identified for the Region.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in SAP, Excel, e-condition and proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong customer service mind set
  • Proven track record of creating solutions in use of data and systems
  • Good team player, comfortable working as part of a matrix environment
  • Fluent English / Polish
  • Experience in Supply chain and Material Master data

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience of working within a similar business environment
  • Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role
