Mapping, analyzing, and improving existing processes, as well as designing new ones to ensure the highest customer service standard and employee satisfaction
Supporting creation and maintenance of training curriculum and overseeing continuous learning of employees
Addressing ongoing reporting needs of reps and managers, as well as supporting our operations and strategy teams in their initiatives
Cooperating with team leaders and managers to establish standards of excellence and overseeing the implementation of these
Leveraging and administering a wide variety of support systems to guarantee seamless
customer experience (e.g. VoIP, chat, chatbots, internal and external knowledge repositories, QA platform, learning management platform, CRM)
Working closely among others with the US and Global Operations Teams, Customer
Success (US), Product Teams (PL)
Over four years of professional experience in a mix of operational process and system support, process improvement, project management, analytical and consulting roles (ideally including experience in a fast-growth international business environment e.g.
SaaS, marketplace, or other technology business)
Experience in building, scaling, and operations management in a customer service or call center
Knowledge of contact center software (phone/chat/email), technologies, and applications (VoIP/Chat/Email)
Work experience with Salesforce will be an advantage
High sense of responsibility, hands-on and getting things done approach
Analytical, data interpretation, and reasoning skills
English knowledge on B2/C1 level
