Your responsibilities

  • In this key role, you’ll be investigating queries, providing support on business processes, policies and procedures and developing an understanding of customer and business needs

  • Corresponding with our high risk customers by email, letter and inbound and outbound telephone calls

  • Delivering the most appropriate and fit-for-purpose solution to meet stakeholder needs

  • Capturing and collating MI as required, according to the recognised processes and practices

  • Reviewing processing errors and customer complaints to identify trends and training needs

  • Supporting with the development and maintenance of the business continuity plans

Our requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you’ll need an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry and CDD requirements, including complex triggers and high risk industries

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Experience in performing and enhanced client due diligence reviews

  • The ability to work accurately, to deadlines and with high levels of attention to detail

  • Proficient analytical skills

  • Good written and spoken communication skills

  • Knowledge of high risk sectors: Charities/Armaments and Defence/Shipping will be an asset
