Customer Service / Order Management Associate

Major tasks and responsibilities 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/inquiries.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Receive and drive timely resolution or closure of standard/routine order-related customer queries, complaints and feedback.
  • Perform analysis and support resolution of issues related to incomplete orders and standard delivery blocks with internal teams and/ or  communication with customers.
  • Perform validation and resolution of customer complaints including liaising with appropriate internal Bayer functions and/or directly with customers. 

Qualifications         

  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or other related Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Very Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced MS Office.
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP/Salesforce experience valuable.
  • Highly Customer oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task.
  • Fluent German skills both in the spoken and written form as a must, plus English minimum B1/B2 degree of competence local/regional language.
