Summary of primary job responsibilities
Telephone and e-mail customer support to English speaking Customers/Clients within Contact Centre environment. Telephone and e-mail, technical support to users of global brand electic equipment or glucose meters – diabetes care users telephone support.
Fluent/very good English, both written and verbal;
Complete training for supported products;
